BAS Consultancy is working with The Vacant Shops Academy, Play:Disrupt and the Institute of Place Management to tackle the scourge of high street vacancy 

 

The programme can be rolled out in any town centre and focuses on developing a pipeline of potential occupants that we build through sources such as universities, healthcare providers, co-working space providers, culture and leisure organisations. The key is in bringing together all the relevant parties - including landlords - to really discover what the place needs, and using our expertise to see it provided.
